Refocused, Together: On Hold For Healing

Pretty confident the title gives it away but if you hadn't heard already, we're taking a little break to give Lindsay a chance to rest and play catch up. If you've been following along, you are well aware of her health struggles these last few months and while we are all disappointed to have to interrupt Refocused, Together, we are confident this is the right decision. 

 

We'll be updating our Instagram to let you know of any other interruptions and our partners at ADHD Online will be spreading the news as well. In the meantime, we encourage you to use this as an opportunity to play catch up on all the incredible episodes we've shared so far. There's lot to listen to on the pod to keep you busy until we have a new episode of Refocused, Together ready for you on October 16th!
