He shares more about why we need more red light exposure as we live in a primarily blue lit inside lifestyle. How the red light turbo charges our cells (therefore our energy) and reduces the inflammation induced by blue light causing oxidative stress.

He shares lots of practical insights as well. We talked about first steps you can take daily to increase your red light, sunlight and reduce your blue light so you can give your body a break from the free radical damage blue light creates. So much good stuff in here!
