He was down to his last pump of dam water on Thursday, but 50 mm overnight filled his 35 catchments halfway. Without it, he would have had to move his sheep soon. Locals are thrilled with one woman in Puchera, calling it the most range she has seen in 15 years. Her swimming pool overflowed three times. Meanwhile, other areas like Yunta got 142 mm, and the Riverland had 43 and three hours at Loxton.
