Razorbacks Crush Longhorns in Blowout Win

The Razorbacks jumped ahead early, leading for most of the game after just 17 seconds behind and a little over a minute tied. Their athleticism and length overwhelmed Texas from the tip, building a 22.5-time lead. Arkansas ported on with 38 fast-break points, way above their usual average. Freshman Guard Darius Ackhoff, Jr., exploded for 28 points and dished out assists, while forward Trevon Brazil matched him with 28, on perfect first half-shooting. Guard DJ Wagner added 15 efficient points, helping the team shoot over 50% overall. Texas struggled big time around the rim, making just 10 of 27 layups and got hit hard by Arkansas blocks and deflections. Key players like Center Mata's Vokieta Idis, who scored a team high 21 points, and Guard Jordan Pope both landed in foul trouble early and, fouled out, hampering their rhythm.
