They're calling it a public-private partnership designed to fit the area's needs. Ray's co-owner Ken Babby emphasized reaching out widely for feedback to make the stadium perfect for everyone involved. Governor Ron DeSantis highlighted the potential economic boost for Florida, plus benefits for the college, fans, and keeping the team in the Tampa Bay area.
