RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays WIN STREAK EXTENDS TO 7 after a win vs the Boston Red Sox

The Rays will their 7th in a row, beating the Red Sox 8-4. The Rays got off to a fast start. It started in the 2nd inning with a Jonny DeLuca  RBI single to make it 1-0. Then Cedric Mullins had a RBI bunt single that made it 2-0. Yandy Diaz added a Sac Fly to cap off a 3 run 2nd. The Red Sox answered right back in the bottom of the inning to tie it at 3. The Rays would start to break the game open in the 6th. With the bases loaded and 1 out Chandler Simpson stepped in and smacked a 2 RBI single up the middle to give the Rays a 5-3 lead. Simpson would not be done contributing. He laced a RBI triple in the 8th to make it 6-3. After Yandy Diaz recored his 1,000 career hit in the 9th, Junior Caminero unloaded a monster home run to make it 8-4.The Red Sox added 1 in the bottom of the 8th but it would be to little to late. The Rays will look to win their 8th in a row tomorrow night.
