Rams Re-sign Safety Kam Curl

The Los Angeles Rams just locked in one of their top defenders by resigning strong safety Cam Curl to a 3-year deal worth $36 million, with a maximum value of $39 million. The 26-year-old was ranked as the number 2 free agent safety and number 23 overall on a top free agent list. Curl joined the Rams as a free agent in 2024 on a 2-year, $9 million contract, where he quickly proved his worth. Over two seasons, he started all 33 regular season games he played, plus five playoff games missing just one due to injury. Last year, he racked up 122 tackles, good for second on the team, along with two sacks and two interceptions. His play stepped up big time, playing 99% of defensive snaps last season, and filling a key leadership role when star safety Quinn. Lake missed seven gains with a dislocated elbow.
