The Los Angeles Rams are bolstering their defense by locking in safety cam curl with a new three-year contract worth $36 million, with a maximum value of $39 million. This deal comes just ahead of free agency and keeps curl in LA after he joined the team in 2024. Earlier this week, the Rams also traded for a defensive back, adding depth to their secondary. Curl has been a starter in all 38 regular season and playoff games over the past two seasons, proving reliable every time out. In the 2025 season, Curl played every game, racking up 122 tackles, two interceptions, two sacks, and a forced fumble. During the regular season, he added 27 tackles and another interception in the playoffs. Now, Curl will team up with incoming quarterback Trent McDuffy to anchor the Rams 2026 secondary.
