"RAD" and EOS Fitness

Mike opens the show talking about their experience in the new gym they went to.

Then they talked about the weird people in the gym. Then they shared their funny experience about the walker fake trainer guy.

Torya points out the best part of this guy was he was weird, crazy shouting and he is not really in shape to train other people. He doesn’t check any of the boxes.

Then Mike shares his point about the qualifications of a trainer - He can be out of shape but still understand and execute the principle of how to lose weight. Just because he can’t follow it doesn’t mean he can’t teach it.

And how this guy was still training in the gym but EOS fitness does not allow outside personal training in the gym.

Torya ends the show by saying the word “RAD” will become the word of the year.
