A common snack happens in the Facebook app, where the in-app browser sometimes skips cookies. The easy workaround is to open links in your device's default browser instead. Tap the menu icon in the top right, go to app settings, and switch on links open externally. On desktop, older internet explorer users should head to tools, then internet options, privacy and advanced settings, override automatic handling and accept both first party and third party cookies, Firefox folks, click tools, options, privacy, and choose custom history settings to accept cookies from sites, including third party ones that expire. Naturally. Google Chrome is similar open options, go under the hood to content settings, and allow
1:03local data while unchecking blocks on third party cookies. No need to clear them either. These tweaks ensure sites work smoothly across the board. For iPhone or iPad, with mobile safari, hit settings, select safari, and choose accept cookies from visited sites.
