In today's episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing Ben Surratt.

Ben Surratt is a father, friend, entrepreneur, small business advocate, podcaster, and mortgage advisor. He is originally from Racine Wisconsin and has been in the Pacific Northwest with his family since 2004. 

After deciding not to go to college, Ben started working at McDonald’s where he focused on improving his mindset and skills daily, an attitude that would pay off as he climbed the ranks in the hospitality and banking sector prior to becoming an entrepreneur. 

What I appreciate most about Ben is his dedication to having the right attitude, work ethic, and the self-discipline it takes to help others live better lives.
