In today’s episode, I am talking with Steve Ryan of The National Rugby Football League about his journey building startups, a successful career working with clients like NASCAR, X Games, Roush Fenway Racing, 3M, ESPN, Red Cross, Dunkin Donuts and NCAA, and why he chose to embark on a mission to bring professional rugby to the United States with the Founder Michael Clements.

What I loved about our conversation was the opportunity I had to learn about this new rugby league launching in the US, how they plan to empower communities from all backgrounds to have an opportunity to participate in ownership, and how they plan to provide opportunity to former NFL players that are done playing football but still can play sports at a high level.
