Purim is here, a day of Mishta Vesimkhah, joy and celebration, Mishlaya Khmanis, Matanisla Evyanin, Purim, the day that evokes such Simkhah in young and older like. But there's another aspect to Purim. We know from the Rizal that Yain Kippur is called Yain Kippurim. Purim is unique in its Kedusha, Purim is unique in the opportunity that we have to grow and become closer to the Rebanish Lailam and achieve levels that we can't achieve the whole year. What is it about Purim that brings such Simkhah and what is it about Purim that affords us such a unique opportunity of Kedusha and Vekis in the Rebanish Lailam? The Miramashki Akhrabi Rucham brings a Khazal, which is mentioned in Rashi in Masekh Tessanhejun. We Khazal tell us about a year that was named Nasun Sucesa. And this Nasun Sucesa had a unique light, an ore that was emanating from him, that was shining.
And he was asked, why were you Zaykhat, such a Matanah of this ore that surrounds you? And he told them that he once faced a tremendous challenge in an Asayan in Yane Kedusha. He overcame the Nasayan, he thought that it was over and that one day the Nasayan came to his door and he was still misgabber. He overcame that Yaitzahara and since then he has this tremendous light, this tremendous ore emanating from him. And Abirucham asks, why is it that Daftka a person who had this struggle, who had the Ta'evah and overcame it is Zaykhat to this ore? Where other people, other Sadikim, who sat the whole day and never were even faced with Nisyayinus but they achieved such great levels, why don't they have this ore? Zaktreb Yerucham, ore is something that comes Mithreikh Hakhreishach. Nasun Sucesa faced darkness, he had his challenge, he had his Yaitzahara
and overcoming challenges is the only way how one can reach levels of ore. Mairaibir Abaisai, Zaktreb Yerucham Do you know what's so unique about Purim? Purim Klaal Yisrael were in the lowest point they ever reached. Purim Klaal Yisrael was faced with tremendous Khashras. Nannu Misudoso Yisrael Aysairasha, Histakhavulet Selam Klaal Yisrael was deserving of Lahashmid Laharaigula Abaid and they overcame, they were misgabber, they picked themselves up and through that Klaal Yisrael achieved levels that's not possible to achieve on any other day of the year. Yim Kippur is a day of straight Kiddusha. That is limited. But Purim is a day when our Khashakh and our challenges bring us to higher levels.
That is unlimited. Yim Kippur is Yoyim Kippurim. So as we rejoice on this Hayle Gideyapurim, as we celebrate, we sing and we dance, we eat and we drink. Let's take a moment and thank the Rebanish al-Alam. Not only for our valuable moments, our overcoming our challenges, but for the challenges that give us the opportunity to overcome. Let us thank the Rebanish al-Alam for giving us that Khashakh that brings us to this tremendous or Afrelakh in Purim.
