• More migrations of apps from data center to cloud
• Huge CAPEX spending (low-interest rates) for Cloud + Other Businesses (Healthcare, Driving, Gaming, AR/VR, FinSvcs, etc.)
• More rapid adoption of ARM in the cloud than data centers (40% lower costs)
