*PROTECT THE CULTURE*

0:00Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Beyond the Truck Podcast, Jerry Curle, bringing you today's message. We want to know one thing. We love you. We appreciate you. We understand where you're at. We meet you where you're at. I want you to know one thing else. We are in that passenger seat with you. We feel you. We hear you. And I want to say thank you to each and every one of you for pouring into our team and believing in love and else. And we're going to pour that same love and support and appreciation right back into you. That's why we're coming to Mid-America Trucks Show, March 28th, 2 p.m. main stage. We'll be walking around for a couple of days. I want to get to know each and every one and get to see everyone of you. Great people. Great people make up great industries, great industries, do great things. They take care of our country. You show up every day and you take that for granted. I want to remind you. We'll show it for you as well. Today's message is going to be one year for me a lot, that culture. That culture delies within you. Lies within you in your heart, in your soul.

1:01It's either default or developed. And I'm going to remind you. It's not easy. You guard it. You guard it with everything. It's fragile. It can break. It can break down. It can be nurtured. And it has to be nurtured. It has to be sought after, thought after, and cared for. Just like your child. Because guess what? It's alive and breathing in you. Not default. It's developed, nurtured. It takes years to build that culture. For me, 62 years. There's been some years at late dormant. There's other years that spend thriving. The only difference in them years was what I cultivated it with. And I want you to remind that today. Because I know there's some of you that are still struggling. We talked yesterday. And you're still struggling today. You're giving that season. You're giving that thing. You're giving that thought. You're giving that circumstance.

2:02Power over your mind. I'm going to tell you we cannot control 100% of the things that happened to us in life. But it's 100% up to us how we respond to them. And not only for us, but for the loved ones around us, the people that are counting on us. So when I talk about your decisions, your choices, that choice is a decision. The decision creates your destiny. Not deciding is a decision. Now, isn't it? Decided not to do something or you decided to take the easy path. That's pain. That's suffering. That's negativity. It's blinding. It's crippling. Fear negativity anger distracts you. It distorts your vision. And it destroys your future. I want to say that again. Negativity and anger distracts you. The life that you have is destined for you to be great. It distorts that vision.

3:07And vision is powerful because what you visualize comes true. Visualization in your brain. You can never unsee it. Can you? You visualize victory. You receive victory. You visualize failure. You receive failure. That's why I do this. You're not a failure. Your victory is out there. Each one of our victory is there. Are you willing to go after? Are you tough enough to go after it? Because that fear and anger, anger, negativity destroys, destroys many people. You see, architect of destruction and people, families, business, nations, this is the turn of the news and look. And if you listen to the previous podcast, your thoughts, your beliefs are the architect of your future. You're at the draft board right now. You're the architect. You hold the pencil. Every decision wins a vote with a stroke of that pencil or pen on that paper.

4:11People are counting on you. It could be at work. It could be at home. It could be the world that you don't even know for you to show up with that shipment you have today to provide the life essentials they need to stay alive. But the most important person is counting on you to show up is you. Because if you don't show up for you, who's going to show up? Nobody's coming to do the work for you. Nobody's showing up for you inside you. You're the only one that shows up for you to be you. What do I tell you? Be a first-rate version of yourself, not a second-rate version of somebody else. I want you to step back today, take this message. I want you to understand that your culture that you're cultivating inside right now is 100% in direct correlations to your emotions.

5:17Emotions become beliefs. Believes ultimately become habits. And habits create that identity. I want you to walk over to that mirror right now. Everyone you got a mirror on that truck. You get somewhere in a mirror. You can see yourself, the shiny tank on the side. I want you to look at that person and say, I am great. I am destined for greatness. I am built, made and empowered by the Almighty God, unique in my own body. I am a super weapon. I am super human. I can overcome anything. I've proved it for the last 62 years. And hopefully I can for the next 62 years. I'm not going to live to 77. My sights well past that. Yours better be as well. What you cultivate on the inside is up to you. Nobody else. So I want you to look in that mirror. That person staring back at you is the most honest person you have right now.

6:22You can't lie to that person. And I want you to ask yourself, how am I cultivating myself today? Positivity, strength, encouragement, perseverance?
