The study profiles of comprehensive morphological phenotypes and outcomes in functional mitral regurgitation evaluated nearly 700 patients with an artery to severe functional mitral regurgitation. While morphological phenotype alone did not predict outcomes, K parameters, including the historic blood pressure, left each reservoir gene and longitudinal gene, were independently associated with adverse events providing practical tools for risk stratification.
