But the trademark office shutted down since she already owned it, sparking a federal lawsuit where she called out the estate for trying to swipe her, identity. Apollonia's lawyer says she's thrilled with the outcome and ready to keep honoring Prince's genius without the drama. The estate though, stay quiet. No comments from their team when pressed. Her connection runs deep, starring in the 1984 Purple Rain movie, dropping that classic sex shooter track and now running a podcast. Under her name, meanwhile, the estate's a cash machine, split in 2022 between heirs and partners, always guarding that legacy tight.
