家族企業是傳統茶行，從小習慣喝好的茶葉之後，一直思考為何不能把好茶放入手搖飲中，而決定自己創業，用好的茶葉來製茶，因為台南天氣熱，大家愛喝冰的，所以為了讓口味不會因為茶中冰塊溶化而變淡，也特別做出同口味的茶冰磚，來達到口味從第一口喝到最後一口都是一致的。
