I want to talk about this because according to a study that was done, the average person only experiences 10 perfect nights of sleep a month, which doesn't seem like that many nights of sleep that are perfect, right? To me, it seems like a lot. That's a third of your nights. If you're getting 10 a month, that's two one and three. That seems like a lot of perfect nights of sleep. Uh, 6-0-1, 9-9-5, 101-7, what makes the perfect night of sleep for you? If I could fall asleep watching a crime drama, and I just trust that they're going to find out who done it. Okay. Uh, I don't wake up at all in the middle of the night, not even to go to the bathroom. And I wake up like a minute before my alarm goes off. Okay. There's a lot of things. I know. I agree with most of what you said, except I kind of enjoy. If I have to get up like especially on a work night, if I wake up at like 11 o'clock at night from my initial sleep, and I have to get up and go to the bathroom, because
I like the feeling of knowing I have like four more hours to sleep. That's a crazy that that would be a part of your perfect night of sleep though. I think I would put that in my perfect night of sleep, not on a weekend though. Like on a weekend, I want to sleep all the way through the night. Yeah. How many perfect nights of sleep do you think you're giving? I like to a year. Really? Oh my gosh. But I'm also being incredibly picky about what is a perfect night of sleep. But I think it's because I've had them and I'm like, wow, that was perfection. You can't top that night of sleep. And truly, I have a tough time topping it. Uh, 601, 995, 1017, what would you describe as the perfect night of sleep? What would go into it for you? Call or text the show? It's interesting you say you want to fall asleep while watching a crime drama. Yes. Um, are you, doesn't that ever bump you out if you don't see the end of it? No. Like, I, nothing makes me feel more settled than if it's like a lawn order SVU or criminal
minds where like, I'm very invested in those characters. I have like a parasocial relationship with these fictional detectives and stuff. And I like just believe like I'm like, I'm safe because they're on the clock. Like, I'm going to sleep like a baby. Interesting. Brittany had texted the, uh, date lines Keith Morrison, lulls her to sleep every night. I love that. For the next few minutes, you're going to live in the stubborn puzzles of an old fashioned mystery. I could go to sleep, just watch it and listen to that right now, 601, 995, 1017, what's your perfect night of sleep look like? Zach says cool room with a thunderstorm rolling outside. That's it. It's all in. Uh, Presley says my toddler sleeping through the night, my husband, not snoring. And me not turning all night like a roadtisserie chicken because I'm seven months pregnant. Oh, yeah, I would have to imagine that would make sleeping trickier. Do they make mattresses with holes in them for pregnant ladies to put their stomachs into?
They do make pillows, specialty pregnancy pillows, whether you want to sleep on your side and have something to kind of support or on your tummy. Yeah. So I usually use one of those myself. I've seen massage tables that have holes out of them for pregnant tummies. Uh, uh, 601, 995, 1017, perfect night of sleep. Here's another perfect night of sleep rundown. I love how specific it is, following a sleep to reruns of friends, fat orange cat sleeping on my back like a weighted blanket. No wakeups to pee, wake up before the alarm, eight to nine hours, chef's kiss. Perfect. Now let's all let's take an app. Oh, that doesn't for us for
