Paramotor Crash Inquiry: Australian Adventurer Testifies

0:00On March 2nd, a fatal accident inquiry into the death of a camera operator in a mid-air paramotor crash is set to resume in Scotland. Dan Burton, a 54-year-old from Devon, died after his paramotor collided with another near-lock-naugain mitch in Sutherland back in September, 2021. The crash happened during a major challenge flight around Britain. Such a bench, an Australian adventurer nicknamed The Human Swan, was piloting the other paramotor. She survived, but with serious injuries, as she aimed to spot like climate change issues ahead of the COP26 conference. Dense has gained fame for her daring paramotor trips, like tracking migrating swans from Russia to the UK across Europe. Burton was filming her journey when the tragedy struck, leaving a big mark on the tight-knit paramotoring community. The inquiry at Tain's Sheriff Court has already held sessions in May last year and January this year. Now, Denj is expected to testify on Monday, shedding more light on what went wrong.
