0:00Two paramedics in Prince George ended up hurt in their own ambulance this week, turning rescuers into patients real quick. Cops with the local RCMP are digging into what went down while the crew was driving through the city. It all popped off Thursday afternoon around 4 p.m. near the Yellowhead Bridge when something crashed through the window and nailed one of the paramedics inside. Both guys rushed to the hospital for treatment, but luckily their injuries aren't life-threatening. Joe's how fast things can flip for first responders on the job. The investigation is just getting started, so RCMP is putting out the call for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to ring their non-emergency line at 255-613-300. We'll see what shakes out as they piece this together, but for now it's a reminder to keep eyes open on those streets. This has been Canada News Today, powered by AI, I'm Corey with The Story.
