In one month, he logged just six minutes of work, and over his whole time there, only 686 units total. A colleague in a similar role did 10,909 more than 15 times as much. He claimed a co-worker harassed him racially by sharing a newspaper piece criticizing Prince Harry. Another accusation was that a consultant called the firm, a White Boys Club, but the tribunal found that never happened. There were also complaints about jokes and gestures that turned out to be nothing like he described. During the hearing, his behavior raised red flags.
