The National Football League's 2026 League year kicks off next month on March 11th with the legal negotiating period starting two days earlier on March 9th. The Arizona Cardinals face a bunch of roster choices ahead of that deadline. Today, we're looking at linebacker Owen Poppo as part of their player profiles. In 2025, Poppo suited up for every single game. He's shown on special teams with 373 snaps and 16 tackles, which ranked second on the team. He also chipped in on defense during the Cardinal Speedy NASCAR package on third downs, logging 96 snaps, 27 tackles, and two pass. Breakups. Poppo was heading into the last year of his four year rookie deal, earning a bit more than $1.1 million while counting over 1.2 million against the cap.
