They signed inside Linebacker Devon Lloyd to a three-year, $45 million deal right before the day ended. Lloyd, coming off a pro-Bull season, fills a huge gap. They also agreed to terms with outside Linebacker Jalen Phillips on a four-year, $120 million contract to improve their week, pass rush. Phillips brings strong pressure stats after bouncing between teams last year. Earlier this week, the Panthers added depth by bringing back cornerbacks, Akellev Evans and Robert Rochelle on one-year deals.
