Padres Introduce Jayce Tingler, Ron Fowler Doubles Down

The Padres showed off their new skipper, Jayce Tingler. Darnay was joined by Todd Strain and Fernando Ramirez to break down what we heard from Tingler. What did we learn about him and his background?
