Packers Hire T.C. McCartney as Offensive Assistant

The 36-year-old comes over from the New England Patriots where he served as quarterback's coach last season. McCartney guided rookie Drake May through his first year in New England. He also overlapped there with Packer's defensive line coach to Marcus Covington before the staff changes hit. His hiring brings a familiar face with deep roots in the league. McCartney played quarterback at Louisiana State University from 2007 to 2010, and is the grandson of Bill McCartney, who? Coach Colorado from 1982 to 1994.
