0:00Hey, it's a stroke every how y'all feeling out there today. I hope everybody is doing well. If you're not doing well, let's find a way to get well. Look well and be well. Today's topic is overweight. Don't get offended because there's a lot of us that's overweight but we don't want to admit it. So I'm overweight but my personality is still great. My arms shake like jealous. I have a double chin. My neck is hidden between my head and shoulders. I walk with a cane so I don't fall over. My stomach has three layers that curves around my back. I'm overweight but when I laugh I cry then follow my heart with a smile. I'm overweight but I'm satisfied with myself and I'm happy.
1:01I don't have to please no one else. I lost my sheet when I started hanging with my fast food friends ice cream cake and a sweet taste and liquid said, made my ankles look like elephants. I'm overweight. I'm not depressed. I'm not feeling down or stressed. I have so much to offer. I would never give you something that's less. And when I put on my black dress you know you're out with the best. I'm overweight. Do you still want to judge me and surround me with hate? Because my weight is not the issue. It's the people that's fake. Wow. I guess you heard that. So she's defending her weight you know.
2:02She's fat. She's overweight and she's blaming it on all those sweet treats and everything that made her ankles fat and look like elephants. You know that fast food you know that you just say I'm just going to eat a little bit of it twice a week or whatever it adds up. So then you have it overweight but defending that weight meaning that even though I'm overweight I still look good, great and satisfying to myself.
