Orlando Magic Face Mavericks with Key Injuries

Franz Wagner is out with a high ankle sprain, while Anthony Black remains questionable due to a quad issue. Starting center, Windle Carter Jr. is also questionable with his own ankle sprain. If Carter sits, Goga Bittazet could step in again after a strong performance filling in against the Washington Wizards. The big man handled the role smoothly, despite not knowing his status until game time. Magic head coach, Jamal Mosley, had high praise for Bittazet, calling him an absolute pro, who stays ready and brings the right energy no matter what. He stepped up big when called upon last minute. Carter has been steady this season, putting up 11.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game across 57 of the team's 60 outings. Orlando's depth at center, with Bittazet and Mo Wagner, should help against the Mavericks team that has dropped five of its last seven since the All-Star.
