Down their massive rooftop pergola on their 5 million pound Chelsea mansion. Dr. Janice Alexandridis, a top plastic surgeon and his wife Eva, built a 100 square meter steel frame setup back in September 20. 22. Without getting the green light from planners, they even swapped out glazing and framing on their existing roof space to match. Their brand counts stars like Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, and Priyanka Chopra as fans, and it's partly owned by Kardashian's firm. Neighbors and council folks weren't feeling it though, calling the thing jarring and out of place in the fancy conservation area, blocking views and sunlight. The couple push back hard, applying for later approval in June 2024 and appealing all the way up, offering tweaks like removing parts, facing the street. But planners said no dice, it's too bulky and harms the skyline.
