Paul Thomas Anderson's newest action thriller, One Battle After Another, teams him up with Leonardo DiCaprio for the first time. The movie stars the Caprio as a former revolutionary living off the grid with his teenage daughter, played by rising star Chase Infinity. It mixes high-stakes espionage and political drama with a heartfelt father-daughter story. The film hit theaters on September 26th and quickly became a hit. Critics and audiences praised the strong performances, especially from the Caprio, Infinity, and Tiana Taylor. Early in 2026, it won the Critics Choice Award for Best Picture and the Golden Globe for Best Picture and a Drama or Comedy. It also picked up Best Feature at the Gotham Awards in Best Film from the National Board of Review. Stars have shared how exciting the buzz feels. Infinity called her sudden rise to real while Taylor talked about pushing her acting limits with a complex role.
