Oklahoma Climbs in SEC Basketball Poll

The sooners earned the jump after two big conference wins, beating Auburn 91-79 at home, and then topping LSU-83-2-67 on the road. That puts their record at 15 wins and four losses overall, 5-11 in the SEC. Here this week, the pole came out on Monday, right before Oklahoma's home finale against Missouri on Tuesday and a road trip to Texas on Saturday. Those opponents sit at number 8 and number 7, making for tough tests to close out the year. The wins mark Oklahoma's second two-game streak in league play, after dropping nine straight over a month and a half. Now they've taken four of their last six, sparking some buzz around the team under coach Porter Moser. Porter holds steady at number 1, with all first plays votes, while Alabama jumped to second, and Arkansas stays third. Texas and Missouri moved up into the top 8, with Vanderbilt Tennessee and Kentucky rounding
