Offshore Wind: Perspective from Germany

This week Dr. Martin Skiba, chairman of the World Forum Offshore Wind and a board member of the Offshore Wind Power Foundation, spoke with Joseph Majkut, director of the CSIS Energy Security and Climate Change Program about offshore wind developments.
