He discussed his experience shadowing Broncos head coach Sean Payton during playoffs this past season. He shared what it was like to prepare for the momentous task of creating a game plan for the AFC Championship game, while the starting quarterback was suddenly reported out for the season. They also discussed former Broncos assistant head coach Jim Leonhard joining Buffalo, as well as the addition of Pete Carmichael as special teams coordinator, who has previously worked with Sean Payton at the Broncos and Saints.
