Mayor Mark Sokolich of Fort Lee, New Jersey has filed a federal lawsuit in an attempt to stop the MTA’s congestion pricing program. Plus, WNYC’s Janae Pierre talked with reporters Jessy Edwards and Jared Marcelle about the Adult Survivors Act which lifted the statute of limitations for people claiming sexual abuse in civil lawsuits.
