No Thought, No Problem.

About this episode

Thinking is a very interesting occurance when you really THINK about it.. What is a thought? Where do they come from?. IDK.. I dont believe anyone does. BUT, we do know what problems are right? We have them all the time, every day some would argue.. do we NEED to have problems though? And what creates those? This is maybe a better line of thinking that may lead us towards a more beneficial outcome.

From my perspective it is thinking and thought that creates the very "problems" that we encounter every single day. Without thinking, there can be no judgement of ourself or others and no problems therefor.

This can be a great tool/technique to understand and utilize when the mind gets going too fast or overwhelming.. it could also be an entire way of life for some.. as I always say, TRY IT ON. This life is not a one size fits all lol

Peace and LOVE
