NHS Workers Warn of Pandemic Readiness Gap

When asked how things stack up to pre-2020, 41% feel it's better now, but 37% see no improvement, and 16% think it's actually worse. NHS staff are sounding the alarm based on frontline experience, highlighting gaps in supplies, staffing, and systems that COVID exposed, but haven. Fully fixed.
