NFL Rule Changes: Your Vote Matters

This group includes coaches, general managers, and team owners. They review the game, do research, and suggest rule changes to make things better or safer. Those suggestions then go to all 32 team owners for a vote. It takes a 75% majority, or 24 yes votes, for any change to become official. Fans have mixed feelings about these updates. Some rules get a thumbs up for improving safety or fairness. Others draw complaints for going overboard and slowing down the excitement.
