B.C.Y. America presents Cross Talk, a nationwide call-in program discussing issues that
have an effect on our families, our communities, our churches, our nation, and our world.
Cross Talk, an opportunity for you to voice your concerns for biblical principles.
And now live by satellite and around the world on the internet at bcyamerica.org.
Here is today's Cross Talk.
And friends, thank you for joining us today on Cross Talk.
It's a news roundup Friday here today, and we've got a number of stories that have been
gathered through the course of the week, and we're so grateful you have tuned in to catch
the broadcast today, and certainly to keep yourself informed, and that you have the opportunity
to inform others.
We want to be understanding of the times in which we live.
Friends, I trust these stories motivate us, motivate us to be salt and to be light.
And also just to point out that there is a tendency, and the part of many, as you hear,
various stories and different issues that are going on, friends, that can cause fear.
And we just want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power
and of love and of a sound mind.
And we sometimes can be fearful and fretful.
I mean, Paul told Timothy in the last days, Perlis Times will come, and we see these things
coming before us.
And that same Paul said that God isn't given us a spirit of fear.
Well, we've got a new ministry through Vcy America that is one of, well, it would provide
you a daily text of encouragement.
It's a promise from God's Word, and it's a text that will remind us not to fear, but
to trust in the Lord.
It goes out every morning, right about 7 o'clock, central time, and it is a text verse of
encouragement.
If you would like to sign up for this free service of Vcy America, and I do want to tell
you that message and data rates apply, you know, for your cell carrier, and you can always
reply, stop to unsubscribe.
But all you need to do is to text the words, fear, not, fear, not all in caps, fear, not
all one word, no, no spaces in between, fear, not to this number, 41493076, 76, again, you
can text the words, fear, not, one word, to 41493076, 76, and that will sign you up for
that free Bible verse that comes your way every morning, right about 7 o'clock, central
time.
And again, I remind you, message and data rates apply.
You can hit stop at any time to unsubscribe from it, but it just helps us put our mind
and hearts in the right direction for the day.
It certainly has you thinking about the word of God, and friends, we need to do that in
such a time as this.
Well, we've got a lot of news that we want to get to on the broadcast today and encourage
you to stay tuned through the broadcast.
We are going to begin with some recent developments taking place here as it relates to an announcement
made by President Trump today.
This is from newsmax.com and President Trump today announced that Iran has opened a key
global shipping route, saying in a truth social post that the street is fully open and ready
for full passage.
He added in a separate post, quote, but the naval blockade will remain in full force and
effect as it pertains to Iran, only until such time as our transaction with Iran is 100
percent complete.
This process should go very quickly in that most of the points are already negotiated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J. Trump.
Iran's foreign minister confirmed shortly afterward that passage for all commercial vessels
through the state, uh, straight of Hormuz is open during a ceasefire tied to the conflict in Lebanon.
And, uh, President Trump has said today that Iran has agreed to transfer what he described
as nuclear dust material that he claims resulted from the U.S.
Error strikes on the Iranian nuclear facilities.
Here is a brief clip from President Trump.
On gas prices, how much longer will Americans continue to keep these high gas prices?
Well, they're not very high.
If you look at what they were supposed to be in order to get rid of a nuclear weapon with the danger
that it tells, so the gas prices have come down very much over the land of three-four days.
I know, you know, and that's what ABC says, but the fact is that if you look at the stock market's
everything is doing really well.
And the big thing we have to do is we have to make sure that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon
because if they do, you want to talk about problems, you'd have problems.
So, very important is that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon, and they've agreed to that.
Iran's agreed to that, and they've agreed to it very powerfully.
They've agreed to give us back the nuclear dust that's way underground because of the attack
we've had with the B-2 bombers. So, we have a lot of agreement with Iran, and I think something's
going to happen very positive.
Yeah, and earlier this week, President Trump expressed some optimism that the conflict in Iran
is nearing its conclusion of this past Tuesday. He said that the U.S. has totally beaten the
Iranian regime, and the war will soon come to an end. I think it's close to over, I view it
as being close to over, that statement from President Donald Trump.
From CBN, a major diplomatic push is underway to ease tensions in the Middle East as President
Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, while simultaneously trying to hold a
fragile truce with Iran. Well, the President's move is aimed at halting cross-border fighting
and creating space for peace talks. The President exchanged phone calls with the Lebanese President
and also the Israeli Prime Minister. They'll be meeting probably coming to the White House over
the next four or five days. The President said yesterday, and that will be the first time that
they have met in 44 years. A top Israeli official told the Jerusalem Post that the U.S.
intends to be heavily involved in the talks and lead Hezbollah's disarmament.
From DefenseNews.com, the Italian Prime Minister Malone has announced the suspension of Italy's
defense treaty with Israel on the same day that she was harshly criticized by President Trump for
not assisting the United States in its military campaign against Iran. The two announcements marked
a change for Italy, which has been a loyal ally to Israel for years, and has been viewed by the
President as a trusted partner in Europe. Malone said that she was not renewing the defense
treaty with Israel first approved in 2006 that covers the exchange of military equipment and
pooling of technology research, and view of the current situation the government said
has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of the defense agreement with Israel. Malone said on
Tuesday. The Washington Examiner reports that President Trump continued his criticism of NATO
with a social media post late Tuesday night. It was a very short post with no context or details
simply stating, and I quote, NATO wasn't there for us, and they won't be there for us in the future
exclamation point there. The President had long expressed his frustration with NATO regularly
criticizing the alliance for not doing its fair share in defense spending. Recently his
iron has turned to NATO countries refusal to help the United States with Iran, denying the use
of military bases, and also the airspace as well. Okay, this from the Washington Times,
and that is a group of House Democrats Wednesday have filed articles of impeachment against
defense secretary Pete Higgseth over the war in Iran, obstruction of congressional oversight,
and other claims of wrongdoing in states. Representative Yasemin Ansari and Arizona
Democrat whose parents are Iranian immigrants introduced the articles along with the dozen
Democratic co-sponsors from the left wing of the party. The articles have little chance of
passing the GOP-led House, but do provide an early hint of actions that Democrats may take to
hold President Trump's agenda if the Democratic Party wins back control of the House this coming
November. The Washington stand tells us that an anti-Semitic attack has killed 20 Jews that should
be a tax plural in four separate incidents in 2025, marking the deadliest year of anti-Semitism since
1994. That's according to an annual anti-Semitism report. Attack on Jews have been elevated ever since
October 7 of 2023, and despite modest declines, the recent string of disturbing incidents suggest
that they are not going away. American cities came for their own share of criticism. New York City
recorded 324 anti-Jewish crimes. Chicago had 47 Washington DC 15, Denver 13, Seattle 12, Portland,
Oregon 12, San Francisco 10, Austin had 9. Los Angeles would likely have made the list
if it had actually reported their data. All Israel news.com reporting that the Jewish population
is estimated to be about 15.8 million still below pre-Holocaust levels when between 16.5 and 16.7
million Jews lived worldwide. The report shows some 85 percent of the world's Jewish people now
live in Israel and the United States. Approximately 7.2 million Jews reside in Israel, accounting for
about 45 percent of the total. In the United States, about 6.3 million Jews live, representing roughly
40 percent of the global Jewish population. The remaining 15 percent of the Jewish population
primarily live in Europe, Canada, Russia, Australia, Argentina, Brazil and South Africa.
France is a home to the world's third largest Jewish population of 436,000. The CBS report
found that about 111,000 Holocaust survivors currently live in Israel with women making up 63 percent
and men at 37 percent. From Stripes.com, the US Air Force will purchase up to 270 million
dollars worth of lightweight solar-powered drones that can be launched by a two-person crew
and fly extended loitering scout missions according to the manufacturer. The solar panels embedded
in the 16-foot wings replenish a long endurance battery and an AI directional program.
The artificial intelligence is to mimic the storing flight paths and patterns of birds.
The AI can enable the drone to follow airflow currents, allowing it to turn off the propulsion,
system up to 80 percent of the time, extending their flight time. From the truthpress.com,
House Democrats unveiled a new bill, President Trump, and that would be laying the groundwork for
removing President Trump through the 25th Amendment, opening another front in their escalating
effort to challenge his fitness for office. The legislation would create a special commission
to examine whether President Trump is mentally or physically unable to carry out his duties.
Though the measures face long odds at Congress, the bill was introduced this week Tuesday by
Representative Jamie Raskin. Okay, some more stories coming up here as well. This is very
interesting. This is Democratic Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, who called for President
Trump to be eliminated from office on Wednesday. She was in a House Budget Committee hearing,
and this is the comment that she had to say. Because we wanted to eliminate
abuse and fraud, we had to eliminate the President to the United States on the office right now,
and the rest of the sick offense in his administration that are allowing him to do so many
illegal things. Interesting choice of words to eliminate the President of the United States.
Newsmax.com tells us that President Trump said Thursday that he called a meeting to address
alarming, unconfirmed reports of missing and deceased nuclear scientists describing the situation
as pretty serious stuff. The reports center on the number of deaths and disappearances,
involving experts in nuclear, defense, and space-related fields. The officials have yet to confirm
that there's any direct links between the cases. Coverage outlets such as Newsweek and the Daily
Mail has highlighted the 2023 death of a veteran NASA jet propulsion laboratory scientist,
Michael David Hicks, noting that no official cause of death was made public. According to Newsweek,
Hicks is one of the at least nine American experts in sensitive national security-related
fields whose deaths or disappearances of spark concern. And the President said, I hope it's
random, but we're going to know in the next week and a half. And some of them were very important
people, he said. The President's remarks come as the White House signals him a take a closer look
at the matter. Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt said Wednesday that the administration is prepared
to seek answers. Interesting, indeed. Well friends, we're going to take a quick break on
crosstalk. We'll come back to more stories from this week of news here on the program and some
additional news clips as well. You're listening to crosstalk on the Vcy American Network.
Back to Genesis with Dr. John Morris, Geologist and President of the Institute for Creation
Research. Dr. Morris, what formed Utah's Great Salt Lake? Chris, the Great Salt Lake is much
more salty than seawater because it has water coming in but no rivers leaving the lake. Whatever
dissolved solids come in, stay there and as the water evaporates, the lake increases in salinity.
It turns out that salt lake is really just a leftover remnant of a much larger lake called Lake
Bonaville. When the great flood of Noah's Day drained off the continents and places water ponded
and became inland lakes, most of these lakes have since drained either through evaporation or
through catastrophic failure of the natural dams which were whole of them in. Lake Bonaville evidently
drained northward through the Snake River Canyon within the last few thousand years. Chris,
all the evidence fits that back to Genesis truth of earth history. To find out more about creation
science, visit us on the web at www.icr.org. That's www.icr.org.
You're listening to Cross Taw coming your way from the VCY American Network and in case you
miss our announcement at the beginning of the program here today, starting a new ministry from
VCY American Network and it's receiving a daily text of encouragement. As we live in troublesome times
and sometimes we're overtaken by the events of the day, sometimes we know we've got schedules
that we don't know how we're going to make it through and this is a text of scripture that will
come to you each weekday morning right about seven a.m. central time, a verse of encouragement
and if you'd like to get on this list, again we remind you that there are message and data rates
apply according to your plan and you can hit stop to unsubscribe but all you need to do is text the
words and it just put two words together, fear not, fear not and text it to 414-930-76-76.
That's a texting fear not to 414-930-76-76. Helps us to keep our eyes on the proper
perspective in life. Well friends, let's see let's go to the Gateway Pundit as we continue our
news round up today. The Los Angeles District Attorney has launched an investigation into
Eric Swalwell over allegations of sexual assault. The LADA Nathan Hawkeman confirmed the investigation
to the hill after a fifth. Swalwell accused her, came forward with shocking allegations during
a press conference in Beverly Hills on Tuesday morning and a matter of fact is so much
with the media reported that Swalwell has withdrawn his campaign. First of all, for California
governor and it didn't take long after that for him to resign from Congress as well. He faced mounting
calls for his resignation and the possibility of expulsion. The House Ethics Committee launched a
probe into his behavior Monday afternoon. He said this, quote, I am deeply sorry to my family,
staff and constituents for mistakes and judgments I've made in the past. I will fight the serious
false allegation made against me. However, I must take responsibility and ownership for the mistakes I
did make. So we don't know which is the false allegation and what is he admitting to as far as the
quote mistake that he made but that statement coming out from him. Also, Senator Square reporting
that the special election to fill his seat will be held on August 18th. That was an announcement
from California governor Gavin Newsom on Tuesday afternoon and also in the fallout of that
representative Tony Gonzalez to Republican from Texas announced his resignation from the House
that also taking place on Tuesday of this week. Okay, the Chinese Communist Party has been
believed and known to be a huge threat and what is shocking is some testimony that came out from
the chief, the director of the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Todd Lyons,
as he revealed to Congress that the agency recently found and addressed the largest gift card
scam ever. He confirmed during a congressional hearing that the money was being stolen by military
age males who entered the United States under the Joe Biden administration and they were sending
the money back directly to fund China's military. Here's what he had to say before Congress.
What we've found is that it's key for HSI to have the ability to work international and that is
with our partnership again as I spoke earlier about in the in the in the Pacific region that is key
right now. The CCP is a huge threat as well as their transnational criminal organizations that have
come over here to just wreak havoc. I'll give you an example. HSI actually broke the largest
gift card fraud case ever and it was from transnational gangs within the CCP that were sending that
back money back to the military units in China and that all came from gift card fraud here in the
United States. So we're literally funding our own adversaries to that fraud. Yes, and it was
unfortunately in the military age Chinese males that entered under the last administration for
the poorest border that were able to go as something as simple as credit gift card fraud.
We're just supplying small amounts whether it be $20, $15 back to the people of
probably China and that was huge. And that's all coming from people who can afford it the least,
right? I've talked to some of these people who've been victims of fraud and it is incredible what
these transnational organizations are doing to take advantage of our most vulnerable. Many of them
senior citizens in places like Iowa who are taking advantage of. Okay, that was we heard from
ICE Director Todd Lyons and that was before the... Well, it was a congressional hearing that took
place this very week. Fox News reporting a Mexican national illegal alien accused of randomly
setting a New York City apartment building on fire that killed four people and injured seven
others could be released back onto the streets as Department of Homeland Security officials say the
city is refusing to a request to turn him over to immigration authorities. The individual charged
with eight counts of second-degree murder and first-degree arson after allegedly lighting a
three-story flushing building on fire March 16th, which he had selected at random. Queen's
district attorney Melinda Katz said that on the day of the blaze that he had entered and exited the
every building multiple times and then entered the building to a fourth time and and final time
lighting a piece of paper on fire and tossing it on to trash near a stairwell as smoke and golf
the street. He stayed in the immediate area to watch people burn and jump from the windows while
slipping his beer and what she described as an act of mass murder. On Tuesday, US customs and
immigration enforcement requested the New York's Department of Corrections not release him from
jail. However, because of New York sanctuary policies, they told ICE that it will refuse to
cooperate. Think about that, friends. Think about that. Killed four, injured seven, massive arson attack.
Sorry, we can't work with you, ICE. You're the bad guy out there.
The Gateway Pundit reporting President Trump fired six more immigration judges for blocking
deportations. According to New York Times, the president fired two of the immigration judges on
Saturday, last Saturday, for blocking the deportations of two pro-Palestinian activists. In December,
the president fired eight immigration judges in New York City. A fired immigration judge described
the firings as a Monday afternoon massacre. More than 100 immigration judges have been fired or
resigned since President Trump took office. From just the news.com, Senate Majority Leader John Thune
on Monday announced that Republicans would seek to pass a reconciliation bill to fund ICE and
US customs and border protection for three years. I guess that remains to be seen. The Texas
Minute reporting that Austin and Dallas face loss of state funds over immigration policies.
In letters sent to the mayors of Austin and Dallas just yesterday, Governor Abbott is warning
those cities that they could lose millions of dollars in state grant funding over new policies
limiting police cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The Austin Police Department's
general orders were recently updated to prohibit officers from arresting or detaining
individuals solely in the basis of ICE administrative warrants. And then Dallas, a new policy for
bids officers from detailing illegal aliens or rather detaining illegal aliens for federal authorities.
And so the governor warning you're going to be losing a whole lot of funding.
Western Journal is reporting that Florida authorities announced that they recently conducted an
enforcement crackdown for commercial trucks resulting in 176 drivers being removed from service
and a few dozen immigration arrests. Over the course of four days, Florida Highway Patrol and
other agencies examined over 3,300 vehicles according to report from WKMG.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Mark Glass, meanwhile said that authorities
came across serious identification issues. Some of the driver's license that they said we couldn't
even find even a name on the CDL, literally no name. The enforcement agency also said that there
was action resulting in dozens of arrests, including 35 drivers on criminal charges and 42 on
immigration violations. The epic times reporting, and this out of perk up everyone's ears,
Treasury Secretary Scott Beset on Monday confirmed that an executive order mandating banks to
collect citizenship information on customers is underway. It's in process, and I don't think it's
unreasonable because why don't we have information on who's in our banking system? He told
Simifora on April 13th. I have a place in the UK. They want to know who lives in every apartment,
and how do we know that it's not a pair of foreign terrorist organizations he added,
and a post issued on Exxon in October 2025, Senator Dercontin included the letter he sent to
urging the secretary to carry out a comprehensive review of current roles that allow illegal aliens
to obtain financial services in access to U.S. banking. According to the American banking system,
it's a privilege that they should be reserved for those who respect our laws and our sovereignty.
Mr. Contan wrote in the letter. Okay, let's hit another topic here. This coming to us from
that looks like it's from the Associated Press in New York. The Trump administration said Monday,
and this will perk up your ears as well. On Monday said it will resume flying the rainbow
pride flag on a federal flag poll at the Stonewall National Monument in New York City,
reversing course after removing the banner in February. The government revealed the decision
and court papers as it agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by LGBTQ and historic preservation groups
who had sought to block the removal. A judge still has to approve the deal, but under the agreement
within a week, the park service will hang three flags on the flag poll it maintains at the
monument. The pride flag will be positioned below the U.S. flag in accordance with the U.S. flag
code, and above the park service flag, each will measure three feet by five feet. Also in
related news, this coming from LifeSightNews.com, the Trump administration's budget proposal for the
2027 fiscal year includes numerous cuts to pro LGBT programs, as well as a funding request for a new
mission center to counteract gender extremism. The budget also targets DEI and anti-racism teacher
training, gender identity related technical assistance, and LGBT youth summit for migrant students,
and campus LGBT QIA plus pride center staffing. Moreover, the budget calls for eliminating
diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Commerce,
Labor, and Housing, and Urban Development, so the budget coming from the president plans to
cut billions of dollars that are going to pro LGBT programs and targeting so-called gender extremism.
Outkick.com tells us that Canada has invented an acronym that is so woke, it'll make your
head spin. It's M-M-I-W-G-2-S-L-G-P-T-Q-Q-I-A plus. What stands for missing and murdered Indigenous women,
girls, and two spirit lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex,
and asexual plus people? Isn't that a multiple? And friends, it's not going to stop there.
W-N-D.com, perhaps it's the best well-known high school track athlete in the nation,
is a male AB Hernandez just took top honors at a highly competitive track meet in the girls event.
Hernandez is a biological boy competing as a trans girl, has made headlines throughout his
high school career. This time for winning top honors in the long jump and triple jump and coming
in third in the high jump. The meet was in California's Arcadia Invitational, where a post-event
interview fond over Hernandez and his success calling it truly extraordinary. One researcher
in X pointed out that Hernandez's winning triple jump at 42 feet would not crack the top 1000 jumps
among America's high school boys. No, it's not a big deal for boys, the top American high school
boys are jumping over 50 feet. Maybe Hernandez wouldn't be in the top 100 or even 1000 in the US,
but he's ranked number two in the nation for girls. We're going to take a quick break and be
back with more in our news round of today here on CrossTalk. You're listening to CrossTalk on the
V.C.Y. American Network back in one minute.
Did you know in 2006 Keith Ellison became the first Muslim elected to the US Congress?
He took his oath of office on a Quran. Is one's duty to uphold the Constitution compatible with
the teachings of Islam? Most Americans know little about the Quran, who wrote it, and how Islam
spread. Following Muhammad's death, the followers of Islam went on a mission to conquer many nations.
Islam has affected the Western world from history past to the current headlines.
Historian Bill Federer has documented his research in the captivating book,
what every American needs to know about the Quran. As Islam advances across our country,
this book is a wake-up call for every American. Copies of this book are available for a donation
of $20 to V.C.Y. Call 1-800-729-9829-1800-729-9829
This is CrossTalk on V.C.Y. America. I hope you got our program yesterday with Rhonda Stoppie.
What a wonderful interview. Time we had together on her book, Mom's of the Bible. Brand-newly
released book and just had a great interview. She had so much insight and my one regret is that
we didn't have about four or five hours to talk with her because there was so much information
to pour forth from her book and just really gave an overview of the various moms in the Bible.
Life-changing lessons from the fearless, the flawed, and the faithful. And though we just
scratched the surface, her time with us very, very interesting. She's very energized on the topic.
She's poured a lot of time and effort into her study on moms in the Bible and lessons that we
can learn from them. And I was speaking with our bookstore last evening and again this morning,
and their phones were very busy. And I know that there are those listening now who would have
gotten busy signals, but I just wanted to let you know that special offer at 50% off is
good through April 30th. And they're open until 6 p.m. Central time. You can reach out to them
1-88722-4829. That's 1-88722-4829 or online at vcy.com. That's vcy.com. But certainly a book that
is helpful to many. And one of the neat things about that book is that a QR code at the end of
each chapter where you can hear as Rhonda goes out to various women's conferences and homeschool
conferences. And as she is spoken about these different moms, you'll be able to tap into her
teaching through that QR code as well. But again, that's available through April 30th at our vcy bookstore.
We were just dealing with some of the matters going on that new long acronym in Canada right now,
at least in one location. But the college fix is also bringing to our attention an event featuring
and I'm putting this in quotes. They have pro gay Christians or pro homosexual Christians
has been scheduled to serve as an alternate event to a turning point USA rally at Baylor University.
It's called All Our Neighbors. The event is scheduled for April 22nd the same day as a previously
approved TPS USA tour stop is taking place at this prominent Baptist University in Waco.
Scheduled speakers include Kelly Robinson, who identifies as Catholic, the first black lesbian to
serve as president of the LGBT activist group, the Human Rights Campaign, and is in a same-sex
marriage, the post reported, so-called same-sex marriage. Another plan speaker, Greg Garrett, a
Baylor professor and columnist for the Baptist News Global, who made headlines last year for his
public affirmation of homosexuality and transgenderism that post reported. And according to
Baptist News Global, the alternative event is believed to be the first time that Baylor has allowed
an openly gay, quote, Christian advocacy speaker on campus for such an event.
Let's move on to a story here from USA Today. Group of parents and students have filed a federal
lawsuit against the New Richmond School District in Wisconsin. On April 10th, claiming that the
district has violated Title IX protections by allowing transgender students to use bathrooms aligned
with their gender identity, the plaintiff, New Richmond parents for strong schools, filed suit
in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the group said that the
district enforces a policy that allows male students to use girls' bathrooms based on gender
identity rather than biological sex. The group said female students now avoid restrooms,
misclass time, and exercise anxiety and loss of privacy while being directed to use separate
single-stall bathrooms if they are uncomfortable. The conservative law firm Wisconsin Institute for
Law and Liberty is representing New Richmond parents for strong schools. In February, the school
board and a two-to-seven vote rejected a proposed policy that would require the district to
separate its bathrooms and locker rooms based on biological sex, according to the Department of
Education, a two-to-seven vote. And you know, I thought about this, there are so many people who
said, oh, I'm not going to go vote in the elections. It's just school board candidates.
Friends, look what school board elections can reap. And as our friend Julian Appling has always
said, elections have consequences. From alliance defending freedom, user-ong pronouns and face
crushing fines, that's the reality that Colorado business owners could face if they refuse to
abandon their convictions and submit to the state's agenda. The state has launched a censorship
campaign that attacks truth and freedom of speech, the cornerstone of free societies.
Born again, used books, owned by Eric Smith and co-managed by his wife Sarah,
is challenging a Colorado law that censors speech under the guise of stopping discrimination.
Under its public accommodations law, the state redefined gender expression to include
how an individual chooses to be addressed. That means every business owner in Colorado is supposed
to address customers and employees, and anyone else with pronouns and titles based on gender
identity, not biological sex. If you violate the law, you could face $3,500 in fines,
per violation, or up to four months in prison. Prison time for speaking the truth, friends,
this can't stand since alliance defending freedom. They are representing. They're the ones
who have filed this federal lawsuit on behalf of the Smiths and the store called Born Again.
And we encourage you to be praying for ADF as they continue to represent the store and this
couple. Well, Tennessee has gone viral as far as a decision that was made and the decision
and signature by the governor, April 9th. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed a resolution
recognizing the month of June as nuclear family month instead of fried month.
It's triggering a backlash from LGBT activists. It's a Tennessee House Joint Resolution 182 past
the House of Representatives, 72 to 18 and the Senate 26 to 4. The resolution defines the
nuclear family as consisting of one husband, one wife, and any biological adopted or fostered
children and observed that it is God's design for the familiar structure and has been the bedrock
of society since the creation of the world. The resolution emphasizes that the nuclear family
has been the basic building block of Tennessee society throughout her formative years and built
the United States of America and created prosperity within our nation. The resolution also specifies
that Tennessee's values do not align with the humanistic globalist ideologies of the World Health
Organization, the United Nations, and like-minded organizations that fight for population control through
the means of promoting sterilization and abortion practices and that the nuclear family is God's
perfect design for humanity. Also, last June, the Trump administration recognized June as title
nine month rather than fried month to draw attention to the fight to dismantle gender ideology
and remove transgender identifying males from female facilities. Ohio proposed a natural
family month in 2025, although thus far, the initiative is stalling in committee. Utah, Idaho,
and Montana have banned the flying of any flags, including the LGBT flag, other than official banners
from government flag polls. Well, there's been discrimination happening on many fronts,
and RFK, the chief of America's Health and Human Services Agency, has confirmed that the
administration of President Trump is reversing the Joe Biden era discrimination against Christians
and foster care programs that was pursued under the Biden administration because of his
pension for the LGBT ideology, especially transgenderism. He pushed that belief throughout his
multiple government programs, and even around the globe while he was in the White House,
and here's a quick statement from RFK on the issue. President Trump and the First Lady,
who has been extraordinary for us to work with, have said their vision is one family,
for one for one child. Right now, we have a two to one ratio, and part of the reason for that
is that the Biden administration was excluding an entire class of people because of their religious
beliefs. We are and told the states to actually pass laws, instructed them to pass laws,
refusing families who had religious certain religious beliefs, mainly Christian religious beliefs,
not be allowed to have children, and that dramatically constricted the pool of available parents.
We are changing that. He said we are changing that. From the BBC, a shadow industry of law
firms and advisors is changing, charging rather, thousands of pounds to help migrants
pretend to be gay in order to stay in the UK. That's a study of, I was but learned by the BBC,
and the first part of a major undercover investigation, they revealed how migrants whose
visas are due to run out are being given fake cover stories and instructed how to obtain
fabricated evidence, including supporting letters, photographs, and medical reports,
then they apply for asylum claiming to be gay and in fear for their lives if they return to
Pakistan or Bangladesh. In response to their findings, the home office had quote anyone found
trying to exploit the system will face the full force of the law, including removal from the UK.
But the BBC news investigation reveals the process is being systematically exploited by
legal advisors, extracting fees from migrants who want to stay in the country.
Okay, let's take a look here from lifenews.com. The Justice Department has fired at least four
prosecutors who handled face cases during the Biden administration, including longtime federal
prosecutor Sanjay Patel of the Civil Rights Division's criminal section. Justice Department
spokesperson confirmed the firing stating that the department has terminated the employment of
personnel responsible for weaponizing the face act who still remained at the department.
President Trump issued full pardons to 23 pro-life Americans that were convicted under the face act
early in a second term and directed the department to dismiss pending cases and
halt future investigations against pro-life demonstrators. Many of those pardons had
faced lengthy prosecutions and prison time for nonviolent actions. Prosecutors sought an
average of 26.8 months in prison for pro-life defendants compared with just 12.3 months for
those attacking pro-life facilities. Actual sentences averaged approximately 14 months for pro-lifers
versus three months for pro-abortion defendants. Planned Parenthood has re-opened its abortion center
in Albuquerque, New Mexico. That is in the northeast part that had closed earlier. Abortion-free
New Mexico raising concerns over this. Lifenews.com, led by Susan B. Anthony, pro-life America,
78 pro-life groups have sent the letter to the Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche,
urging the Department of Justice to stop citing with the abortion drug industry against pro-life
states. Louisiana, Florida and Texas, Missouri, Idaho and Kansas sued the FDA in three separate
cases to protect their citizens from the harms of abortion drugs and to stop policies that
undermine their state laws and the DOJ previously moved to dismiss all three cases.
A recent report from a pro-abortion group claimed that there were over 1.1 million abortions in
the U.S. in 2025. That's a 26 percent increase of male-order drug abortions and states that have
pro-life laws. And also from Lifenews.com, a pro-life activist has received a seven-figure settlement,
nearly four years after an early morning FBI raid on his home, generated outrage and concern
about the federal government's treatment of pro-life advocates outside abortion clinics.
And this is a pro-life activist, Mark Hauke, who won a settlement of over $1 million nearly four
years after now, the early morning FBI raid on his home, generated outrage. He was charged with
violating the Face Act. That's the Freedom of Access to Clinic Enterances Act, charged under
that by the Biden administration in the year 2022. And Tim Walls, well, we have WND.com telling
us that Democrats in the state legislature in Minnesota have voted to protect Tim Walls,
whose administration has been faulted for allowing an estimated $9 billion in fraud in the state's
social services programs. They did this by leaving a rules committee vote to advance Republican
proposals for impeachment tied on an 8-8 vote, which means it does not advance for now.
Walls even has admitted to the rampant fraud, but the Democrats blocked the further action with
their vote on the House Rules Committee, where Republicans had outlined their strong case for the
action. Friends, we've got some more stories. I just want to get your way, so we're going to not
open the full lines here today, but let me share some more things with you right after the break.
We'll be back in a minute here on Crosstalk on the VCY American Network.
For the World View Report on Brennan House or websites worldviewtube.com,
well, many online are upset and rightfully so about an image that President Trump put out that
as the media is calling it, look like a Christ-like figure putting his hand on the forehead of a man,
apparently, to heal him. Was it meant to be an image of someone healing the nation,
President Trump healing the nation, anointing with oil? I don't know. It wasn't well advised,
but he's now pulled it. But the bigger point to me is many of the Catholics online and even
Christians in the Protestant world that are having a fit yet, where are they in calling out Pope Leo,
which I guess is how this all started with an argument between the two men? Where are they at
calling out Pope Leo and the leaders of the Vatican or their local priest who believes that the
Pope is the Holy Father or the Vicar of Christ on Earth or that priest can forgive or absolve sins
or the Eucharist calling down Christ into the wafer to be slaughtered over and over again?
Where is their condemnation of this heresy? I'm Brennan House.
You'll listen to Cross Talk on VCY America and friends I do encourage you to keep tuned
to the program day after day and covering a number of different issues here on the program of
One of the things over this month of April has been a very rainy month here in our states
and certain areas in particular and lots of rain our own city. I think we've had just over
eight inches of rain so far in Milwaukee area more than double what we normally get for an entire
month and it's been coming down and had some severe storms coming through with golf ball size
hail and this not the first time this has happened by any means, but it's been a while and
and certainly the storms have been severe there've been some tornado touchdowns and so forth but
that is something that I mean we're in severe weather week right now in our state and many states
observed that at different times but this one really takes the cake and wnd.com had the story of the
Democrat Secretary of State who was running for lieutenant governor in Wisconsin this would be
Sarah Godluski and she is being just mocked right now after posting a video of herself
just at this breathless meltdown over a golf ball size hail falling in her yard. Listen to what she
had to say. Republican say we don't have climate change but this is golf ball size hail in my front yard.
This is not normal and we can't keep ignoring our environment. My friends we have climate change
every day every day and many of you watch your weather forecast to say okay how is the climate going
to change? I mean it's happening but it's very interesting and it's a day after day there is going
to bring springtime in harvest day and night it's not going to cease while the earth remaineth and
and God has certainly given us that promise from his word. There's another clip I'd like you to hear
and this is a clip from Justice Clarence Thomas it's rare that we hear from him. He is known as an
icon of constitutional expertise reports wnd.com he interprets the constitution in questions before
the court and what the law meant when it was written not what someone feels like it should mean now
his constitution does not conform to social or political ideologies and to that end he recently
addressed the area of progressivism. Listen to what he had to say. Progressivism seeks to replace
the basic premises of the declaration of independence and hence our form of government.
It holds that our rights and our dignities come not from God but from government. It requires of
the people a subservience and weakness incompatible with a constitution premised on the transcendent
of our rights. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas dealing with that issue of progressivism.
A world that daily is also reporting the government of one of America's allies is proposing a law
that would allow authorities to vet the beliefs of residents before they're allowed to buy homes.
Online Europe.com said that Germany's government is proposing a bill that would block people
from buying homes if they're suspected of anti-constitutional views even without any criminal
conviction. The draft would give local authorities first refuse along property sales and allow
intelligence agencies to share personal data to vet buyers. It's framed as a way to stop
extremism. RMX News said it was a new attack on political views disliked by the authorities.
If the bill passes it would allow the state to target dissidents and other political undesirables
even if that person has not broken the law. The report said as part of the plan the nation would
amend the federal office for the protection of the Constitution Act allowing the domestic intelligence
agency to share personal data with municipalities for the purpose of reviewing prospective buyers.
That agency described as Germany's powerful domestic spy agency already is surveilling members
of the alternative for German party. The report warned in other words those deemed to be extremist
within the German political spectrum could have housing denied to them. Also interesting to note
that Spain's Socialist Workers Party has authorized plans to grant amnesty to 500,000 illegal
migrants in the country. That's interesting. Also here this coming to from the epic times the
Federal Communications Commission has said that it could ban three major Chinese telecom companies
from operating data centers in the United States as part of a crackdown against Beijing.
An FCC public notice released on April 9th highlighted Chinese linked telecom firms as a
key national security concern. Covered list includes a state linked Chinese operators, China mobile,
China telecom, China Unicom. All three operators have already faced restrictions or license
revocations. The FCC said it was looking into prohibiting interconnection with any facilities
including these points of presence and data centers owned or operated by entities covered
on this that are identified on this covered list. Evidently the FCC is going to be voting on this
proposal at its April 30th meeting. By the way the Coast Guard has yesterday they announced at
base Miami Beach that the Coast Guard cutter Tampa's crew offloaded approximately 3,825 pounds of
cocaine worth more than 28.7 million dollars enough to kill more than 1.4 million Americans.
The C's contraband was a result of two interdictions and international waters of the Eastern Pacific
ocean through Operation Pacific Viper. Also we have report from the epic times about Chinese
boats dropping braddles containing cyanide in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippines said
on April 13th calling it an act of sabotage that threatened the lives of military personnel as
well as fishermen and Town Hall dot com tells us a Chinese citizen has been sentenced to over four
months in prison after pleading guilty to smuggling biological materials into the U.S. from China.
Formerly a postdoctoral researcher at Indiana University and a member of the People's Republic
of China has been sentenced to more than four months in prison, $500 fine, one year of supervised
released after pleading guilty to smuggling biological materials into the United States from China.
Friends troubling news indeed but here is a great story coming from a Chick-fil-A worker in
Jaden Cintran who works at one of the outlets in North Carolina found $9,333 in two bank envelopes
left behind in the store by its owner. He cited the chief of police, cited the workers integrity,
a lot of people would keep that money and he the stores manager said that true leadership you know
true integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching and I trust that would be your
motivation as well to have character to do the right thing when no one is watching knowing God is
watching. Friends don't forget about that verse of encouragement if you'd like to have come to your
