New York Giants FULL 7-Round 2026 NFL Mock Draft

Welcome back to with the first pick where we're going team by team to build the perfect

seven around my draft and today we're breaking down the New York Giants.

Their biggest needs best fits and sleeper picks that could make their draft.

I'm Ryan Wilson.

Before we get going here, let us know the comments Giants fan who you want New York to

take with that number five pick and by the way, a quick programming note.

I'll be sure to recap every pick at the end of the show for those of you who are listening

on the old podcast machine as opposed to Washington's on YouTube and to make sure he'll spend

too much time dealing and or dally and producer striker will give us a minute on the clock

for each pick as well as a 10 second warning to that in mind.

There it is right there.

10 seconds.

Let's get to it.

Build the perfect draft for the New York football Giants.

As I mentioned, Ryan, they have the number five overall pick and round one seven total picks.

They've been pretty busy this off season.

Titan Isaiah likely joins John Harbaugh from Baltimore.

They signed wide receivers Calvin Austin, the third and Darnell Mooney.

They have linebacker, Tremaine Edmunds from the Bears, but they need remain at number five.

So Fernanda goes number one, Arville goes number two to the Jets, sunny south number three

to the Cardinals and Malonella goes to the Titans and number four.

That's a curious pick here.

What do you want to do at five?

I'm scared to come back off the injury, but Jeremiah love his students in the face.

I was going to say, if you like it, I love it.

Give me Jeremiah love here all day long.

I don't think they would hesitate if he was available to him at five.

You know, again, I just think love the way Cam's got a little place.

The game love is passionate for the game, but Jeremiah love just gives them that home run

threat out of the backfield that they don't have.

So give me Jeremiah love at five.

Yep.

Absolutely.

Check out and we can figure out the wide receivers and other positions down the road next up pick

37.

And other needs guide wide receiver.

That's a neat.

Let's see the wide receivers will real quick producer striker just to make sure I mean,

what do you think about Jeremiah love and one of your two guys, one of your two sons,

Jeremy Bernardo Chris Bratzel the second.

Well, I think from a pure talent standpoint, I think Chris Bratzel would give them an

immediate upgrade.

And I think you will have two of the more explosive players in this draft class.

Just looking at their, at their depth right now, you know, still need a guard.

Yep.

Still need a guard.

I believe it's still need a right guard.

Can we see what's available to him?

Yes.

This person is up there in terms of the guards that are at the top near the top of my board

of manual pregnant on is the other one.

Keeling relays is probably closer to a third ground pick or bottom of the second round.

And the Giants pick again at number 105.

So we got a little space here between 37 and 105 in terms of our next pick.

I would say go.

I would go say go with chase person says he's my, my OG, my OG two.

As it currently stands, I would go there.

Yep, they signed a couple of wide receivers and free agency.

So it's not a dire need.

We know Malik is coming off the ACL, but interior offensive line.

I think you could argue is a more important need here.

All right, let's hit a striker.

Let's see what happens to pick 105.

Go corner back, go line backer.

Let's see here.

Still have a need at corner, still have a need at linebacker.

So let's see the corner Malik Muhammad is there.

He's a good physical corner, a little undersized.

It's sub 190, but he doesn't play that way.

Your guy Deontay lost in the linebackers there.

Let's see both linebackers and corners just to get a fuller picture producer striker.

They signed Greg Newsom at corner.

I mentioned, remain Edmonds.

They have Paulson and Debo currently under under contract as well.

So we'll lead to cardio Davis, Jalen Kilgore is more of a nickel and Bruce Betcher.

The Oregon linebacker is still there, former baseball player Tori.

You work at a tech stadium as well.

What do you think?

Just looking at, I mean, you signed, remained Edmonds and free agency.

Michael McFadden has been a solid player when he's been, you know, healthy and available to him.

The depth behind him is lacking.

And then at corner, you have Paulson and Debo.

You just signed Greg Newsom, you have Drew Phillips.

You have Deontay Banks, the former first round pick.

So you have a solid top four there.

But, you know, with the understanding of both of these corners are taller, longer guys.

Greg Newsom is probably built more similar to Malik Muhammad at this point.

But I think you just go best available at your position in the knee right now,

which is out of corner and linebacker.

I think you get the corner.

Okay.

So let me double check my rankings.

I have Malik Muhammad.

Just ahead of Takario Davis and Will Lee.

So the PFF agrees.

So I'm cool with Malik if you are, he can play outside primarily,

but he can also play in if you need him there.

So let's take Malik Muhammad here at pick 105.

See, we got to pick 145.

Let's see, just out of curiosity,

what the wide receivers are in addition to needs at linebacker, producer striker,

just to see who's out there.

Cyrus Allen, Caleb Douglas, Josh Cameron and Kevin Coleman.

These are all good, solid number three, number four type players.

Jeff Calwell is a freakish athlete, he's incredibly raw and a little older.

And then, I don't know if you want Aaron Anderson when you have

Darnel and Calvin Austin and basically the same sort of player.

So what are you thinking here, Ryan?

Again, just looking at how the board shakes off this linebacker pick

will be, I think will be a solid one with Tori in the way he plays the game

and gives them a guy that can play some special teams if he isn't, you know,

taking over for Michael McFadden.

Again, Tremay Evans is locked in.

I think Michael McFadden will go in as a solid number two next to him.

But I think Tori and York will help fill out some of that depth, especially

here in the fifth round.

Let's go, Tori and York.

Easy peasy.

Next up, pick 186.

186.

So we've, we've pretty much hit all of the needs.

We've got Nagar, we've got Nikon or running back, a linebacker.

Defensive tackle still remains a spot here, especially with them going to a

three, four, obviously, 60 decks he is, is a guy Roy Robertson Harris, but

who's going to start, you know, opposite of them is a Darius Alexander.

So let's, let's see what defensive tackles are available.

Zane Durant is not an ideal fit because he's an undersized guy.

You know, Denart Wilson will know how to use them, you know, from that standpoint

of just getting them in there and some third down and Terry Rush type stuff.

What's say you?

Nick Baird is almost 6, 3, 3, 12, 33 inch arms.

And he is both good against the run in the past non-stop motor,

plays well with power and leverage.

And he will play a little lower in terms of the consistency,

but I have a midday three, a midday two grade on Nick Baird out of South Carolina.

If you're looking for a little more half, 15, 20 pounds heavier in the middle of

that defensive line, let me double check though.

He played, he played 84% of his snaps between one and three tech.

So he's not a zero, played very little zero.

So don't that concerns you at all?

No, I mean, because if you could play to one, you're playing to zero, you know,

I mean, you're just shaded a little over.

Here's why I ask you, let's go back to the, to the best player available chart

because the reason why I'm looking, you know, you got so many picks close here

together, 186, 192, 193.

Will he be available at one of those later picks?

And let's, you know, let's find another guy here.

All right, let's look at why I received him real quick because

if we can find a bigger target to help ease the transition, Chase Roberts is a

bigger target, ran 461 at the combine in the four fives.

And see here, I mean, at once you get to this point, you know, and there's no

disrespect to anybody that's, you know, you're not looking for any wild receiver

in this, at this range to come and just change the complexity of all things.

That's right.

You know, so I don't want to force it.

So that's why I would say go back to, go back to the best player available chart.

And we've drafted one guard, right, with Chase Bassantes.

So that now gives us run in Stinney, Bassantes.

And then Evan Neal was resigned to compete, but we know he can be the versatile

swing guy, because I'm, I'm looking at, you know, homage read Adams here.

Cause you, let's do it more depth on the inside.

Yeah.

He's played right guard last few years, but he has also played some left guard

earlier in his career.

I had a late day to grade on him.

So he's there.

You want to see if our deepest of tackles here now.

Let's see.

Well, we got the next two picks.

So it doesn't matter.

Oh, yeah, there you go.

Well, Nick, Nick Bairts there.

So we can take him with one of these picks, Striker.

And then the final pick ran.

It's a working man's day.

Hold on.

Let's, let's just see.

Hold on before you.

Yeah, Striker got fired.

He didn't turn in the car.

He was, he was holding on.

All right, you only got one pick left.

This is, this is usually your pick here, Ryan.

You know who sticks out to me here?

Eli Heidenreich, the versatile player from Navy, who can play.

But they just, they just signed Patrick Recart.

Yeah, but he, he's not going to play fullback.

He's only 200 pounds.

I think he can play a little outside and in.

Let's see the wide receiver.

It's just in case there's somebody that really gets a

excited Striker.

Listen, he, Striker, he wants a wide receiver here.

So this is where if I, if we're in the room, I'm like, hey, Ryan, get

you a receiver here.

Who do you, who do you want?

Well, I think we've, we've checked off a lot of boxes.

Look at best available quickly.

Maybe there's a cornerback or something because they could use

certainly a few corners.

So tied in running back.

Got to scroll a little bit.

There's a safety.

I mean, you know what?

I might go safety here.

I knew as soon as you saw your son's name or one of your son's names, you

were going to, I'm going to go safety.

You're making a good point about wide receiver.

You could take one here, but he's going to be wide receiver four or five.

The safety is currently our Javon Holland, good player and Tyler Noob

in the former second round pick, who was up and down last year.

But I think they could use some help there as well.

So I'm going to get a versatile safety and Bishop Fitzgerald out of USC

and bring him to New York and, you know, you can be angry about that.

I'm cool with it.

If you're a, if you're a Giants fan and maybe you're not angry about it,

either way, the choice is yours.

So I'll read the names as we get our grades here in the meantime.

Fifth overall, Jeremiah love at 37.

We get guard chased by Sonsis out of Texas A&M, Malik Muhammad in round four,

corner back and then linebacker off the ball.

Tori in York out of Texas A&M in round five, round six.

We get Armage Reed Adams, right guard and left guard versatility at a

Texas A&M.

And then later in round six, we get Nick Bairt, the defensive tackle out of

South Carolina.

And finally, pick one, 93, the final pick for the Giants.

Bishop Fitzgerald, the safety out of USC.

And I'll bump it up.

I'll bump it up to a B plus because I got you guys an F at pick one 92.

Oh my gosh.

That was my pick too.

Yeah, that yeah, that's striker.

Striker got fired.

So on your way out the door, it gives the B plus striker for turning that car too early.
