On this March 6 in Tampa Bay, here's what is making headlines. A fresh wave of retailers is heading to the Skyway Marina District with Fox Tail Coffee Company, Soli's Mammography, and three Natives Akai Cafe set to. Open in a new 4,500 square foot building, along 34th Street South. The spot sits on an out parcel right next to the recently opened Sprouts Farmer's Market at 3411 32nd Avenue South. This retail addition comes from the massive Skytown development by Frank Guerra of Alta's Cardinal, where they broke ground in 2025. The 34.3 acre project, once an office campus, will bring 2,084 apartments, 69,000 square feet of shops, and 120,000 square feet of self-storage, with the first apartment building under construction since last September. These newcomers offer something for everyone. Fox Tail, a Florida chain since 2016, serves up premium coffees, lattes,

teas, and breakfast bites. Soli's Mammography, a leader in breast health for nearly 40 years, provides 3D mammograms, ultrasounds, and screenings at its first sane. Petersburg spot. Three Natives focuses on healthy eats like Akai bowls, smoothies, juices, wraps, and salads from its outdoor patio in-cap. The area is buzzing with growth. Just down the road at 4311 34th Street South, a 5,900 square foot building will soon welcome Huey Magus, Jersey Mike Subs, and Smoothie King, right by new Marina Club apartments. No opening dates yet, but interior build-out starts soon, with share parking alongside sprouts for easy access. This search follows big names like Chipotle, with his drive-through lane, starbucks, Zach Spees, and Tropical Smoothie already thriving there. This episode is brought to you by our sponsor.
