New Retailers Join Skyway Marina District

Open in a new 4,500 square foot building, along 34th Street South. The spot sits on an out parcel right next to the recently opened Sprouts Farmer's Market at 3411 32nd Avenue South. This retail addition comes from the massive Skytown development by Frank Guerra of Alta's Cardinal, where they broke ground in 2025. The 34.3 acre project, once an office campus, will bring 2,084 apartments, 69,000 square feet of shops, and 120,000 square feet of self-storage, with the first apartment building under construction since last September.
