New Dining Options Coming to Pelham

0:00In Birmingham, it's March 5th, and here's what is going on. Pellum is getting some fresh dining options with three restaurants applying for business licenses, as noted in the city's latest newsletter. Joseph's Table, a family-owned Mediterranean bistro in Barr, plans to set up in the North Pellum Square Shopping Center along Alabama 261, taking over the old McAllister's deli spot. This spot previously ran off US 280 in Chelsea corners, but shut down in November 2024. They're closing for renovations without reopening. Meanwhile, San Pedro's Pizza is eyeing a location at Southgate Village near Publix on US 31 and Alabama 261 in the former Yoay Express Space. The chain started over 20 years ago, aims to hit 30 locations by 2028 across Alabama and beyond, while wings our king will fill.
