Neighbor Shooting Over Loud Music

Deputies in Hernando County, Florida arrested 51-year-old Tony Dacer for the shooting death of his 52-year-old neighbor, Francis Beggosh. In Spring Hill, it all went down Tuesday afternoon after dispute over loud music turned deadly. Beggosh took a gunshot to the shoulder and later died despite medical help from fire rescue crews. Dacer has heard the shots and spotted Dacer walking away from the scene holding what looked like a pistol. That led deputies straight to a home on Gillian Circle, where they called in the SWAT team and crisis response unit. Dacer eventually came out peacefully and got taken into custody without a fight. The whole thing started when Dacer got fed up with Beggosh's music blasting too loud, he confronted him, but Beggosh told him to get off the property. That's when Dacer fired twice, according to what he admitted to deputies. Now Dacer sits in the Hernando County Detention Center on a second-degree murder charge held
