They lost coordinator Rich by Sackier recently and have not nailed down a steady kicker since Mason Crosby left. Meanwhile, the Browns finished 5 and 12 last season with Ricky Andre Submit handling most kicks. The 27-year-old went 24 of 27 on field goals and nearly perfect on extra points.
