Once we learn that traumatization, aka narcissistic abuse, is used to target our nervous system, we begin to notice how narcissists and the matrix use different tactics to attack our nervous system. The primary weapon of choice by the matrix is radio frequency (RF) and even some narcissists who are psychopaths will use RF to abuse. Manipulating our nervous system is what causes muscle tension that leads to poor circulation and a slower biological functioning body. We can help our nervous system heal too by awareness and self-care. When we are aware of our nervous system, we are heightened and enlightened by how much it plays a role in our overall health!
