My struggles with PMDD

Words can’t describe how painful the week before my period is. But like so many women’s health issues, my struggles are overlooked and misunderstood. TikTok diagnosed me with PMDD, so I thought I’d sit down with Dr Ceri Cashell, an expert in female hormones, to better understand the disorder and the solutions available.
