Mountain Report for April 4, 2026

0:00morning update, 7.55am. Due to firm snow up high, skyline will start the day on conditions hold. As things soften up, ski patrol will continue to assess conditions and open trails as they are deemed safe. In addition, kingpine and wiffl tree lifts will be delayed as groomers finish up. However, the sun is shining, the temperatures are mild, and super quad is ready to be lapped. Snow is firm and fast, so sharp edges are key, but should still be edgeable and a great morning out there. Stay stoked! Shannon, morning report, 6.44am. Happy Saturday, Pels. When the day starts with really cool clouds during sunrise, you know it's going to be a good day, because another beautiful day of skiing is ahead of us. The sun will be shining, the snow will be springy, and the vibes will be high. How lucky are we? Our groomers have been out in force overnight. They got trails like narrow gauge and sleuths, expect conditions to be a firm and

1:03fast frozen granular to start and transition to spring conditions by the afternoon. While we got two inches of snow on Thursday night, we also got a bit of sleet on Friday. It is not the easiest to groom, so there will be a slight delay on the east side terrain as our groomers wrap up. Lifts in the east, King Pine and Whiffle Tree, will likely start on conditions hold as our trusty groomers finish up. As soon as I know for sure, I will let you know. Our weather forecast has us starting off under sunny skies with temperatures in the 30s. In the afternoon, the skies get cloudy, but the wind will be mild throughout the day. Feeling like getting your groove on, we have music all day. Between 12 to 3 pm, take your pick between bullwinkles and the beach for live DJ music. After that, take your pick between Widowmaker and 45 North for music from 3 to 6 pm.
