Mountain Report for April 2, 2026

0:00morning report 7 a.m. Good morning sugar loafers. It's 16 degrees Fahrenheit at the top of skyline. Chili 26 degrees Fahrenheit at the base. We'll be creeping towards a high of 26 degrees Fahrenheit up top and 38 degrees Fahrenheit down low around 3 p.m. Skies are forecast to stay cloudy with a chance of drizzle or flurries. Visibility looks dicey up top. Check webcams for updates. Winds will stay low today and skyline looks good to open. Quick drops in temperature like the one we experienced last night really slow down the grooming process. The team cut king pine from the list and the lift schedule so they could take their time creating the best surface possible mid-mountain. Sluse will likely be the eastern boundary off skyline.
