Mother & Son Jailed for Brutal Hammer Attack

0:00On May 1st, a mother and her 19-year-old son, from Folkstone, Kent, got hit with a combined 10 and a half years in prison for a brutal hammer. Attack on their former family friend, Stacey Blackman. It went down on the morning of June 1st, 2024, when they showed up at her door, ambushed her, and beat her viciously, fracturing her, jaw and knocking out eight teeth. Prosecutors called it premeditated revenge, with unclear motives, as the pair dragged her to the bathroom, tried forcing her head underwater, and kept, punching even when she curled up defenseless. Cops nabbed them the next day. They denied it all, but a jury convicted them unanimously of Grievous bodily harm, with intent back in February at, Cancerbury Crown Court. Stacey Blackman shared how the assault wrecked her life. She used to feel safe at home, but now she's dealing with constant pain, scars that kill her.
