From the Fairbanks Museum in St. John'sbury, this is the I and the Sky Weather Update. We'll begin the day with periods of clouds and even the chance for some sunshine, especially in the south. Now today, temperatures will remain on the mild side with highs ranging from the 50s to 60s north of root four and staying in the 60s to the south. Then as the day goes on, more cloud cover will move in. By the end of the day, there's a chance for some showers to arrive in the west, which will spread east overnight. Now for the forecast details, today some sunshine in the morning, then increasing cloud cover. Highs will be in the 50s to 60s. Tonight, rain showers will spread east with lows in the 30s to 40s and gusts increasing. Then on Sunday, continuing rain showers with highs from the 50s to 60s. I'm meteorologist Megan Duncan with an eye on the sky.
