Drafted in the 11th round out of Central Arkansas, back in 1979, Coleman spent all 16 of his NFL seasons with the team. He was a key piece of those dominant defenses under Coach Joe Gibbs in the 80s and early 90s, helping them reach four Super Bowls and win. Three.
